Pritesh Soni, of Counsel

Pritesh Soni focuses on commercial litigation matters like fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and derivative disputes on behalf of injured shareholders and partners. With his legal experience and computer science background, he has a unique advantage litigating such document and data intensive cases. The key to success or failure in such commercial cases often boils down to knowing how to look for and finding the key documents necessary to prosecute or defend a case. Mr. Soni is able to utilize his technical background and litigation experience to quickly and cost effectively identify these key documents—the difference between winning and losing such lawsuits.

Pritesh Soni's work experience includes litigating at a top tier trial law firm, a clerkship for Judge K. Michael Mayes in the 410th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas, and a litigation law clerkship for a year and a half. Pritesh Soni graduated in the top 15% of his law school class, is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, made the Dean’s List, and earned an academic excellence scholarship. He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Pritesh Soni is licensed to practice in Texas. He is a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and American Young Lawyers Division.

He speaks Gujarati, Hindi, and Swahili. In addition, he can assist clients that speak Spanish, French and German.
